To facilitate the process and to provide easy service to you upon arrival, you are kindly requested to send the following ASAP.

1- 50% of the package fees according to table below, before Jan. 1, 2007.
If you have sent the $200 publication charges, then you may deduct them from that 50%. It will be appreciated if you send the full payment one time.
