The conference registration fees are US$ 600.00 per person for one paper. Additional papers will be charged at US$ 100.00 per paper for publication. The fee covers the conference activities and Coffee Breaks.

Full Package Option
The Organizing Committee has arranged a full package for half-board hotel accommodation (breakfast and dinner) and conference registration as follows:

1. US$ 1100.00 per person in single occupancy room
2. US$ 925.00 per person in double occupancy room
3. US$ 450.00 for spouse or adult (non-conference-participants) in the same room

   The above covers the following

• Conference registration (except for #3)
• Half Board accommodation in ISIS Island Hotel, Aswan (Five Stars) for 4 nights including breakfast, coffee breaks, and dinner
• One day tour to the Ancient Egyptian Monuments, Nubian Museum, and Nile Sailing.

Online Payment via credit card is now available as an option. A link will be provided to you upon request afer submitting your registration form.

Optional tours: A special trip will be arranged at an additional cost to the temple of Abu Simbel. Other tours and visits will be available at additional costs, arranged by a tour agent that will be made available for the duration of the conference.
