Authors of selected abstracts will be notified by September 15, 2010 and the full papers will be due by November 15, 2010. The conference proceedings will be available at the meeting. Papers should be submitted only by email. Do not send hard copies or CD by mail. The papers will be peer-reviewed for possible publication in relevant Journals. The proceedings will also be published on the internet.
